The Community Prevention and Intervention Unit (CPIU) of the Department of Health Care Sciences is involved with a wide spectrum of activities to help prevent sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. CPIU professionals possess skills that range from counseling people about STDs or providing them free testing for either one time only at their facility if they're uninsured!
