I love that I can work with any of the trainers here and still get an incredible session in! I have had knee issues off and on from years of gymnastics and this seams to be the only workout that does aggravate my knees... and yet I still am able to get stronger! I never thought I would be able to leg press over 300 lbs and here I am! Thank you Pw for your truly Perfect Workout and awesome trainers!!

Also, a tip if you're in the market for a personal trainer: get Jeremy Crill. Though it's only been one month with Jeremy, he's already taken me way beyond my expectations. I've gained littleno fat, put on tons of muscle, and am lifting more than ever before. I've referred him to a friend of mine who loves him as well.
