Sprinklr began in Ragy Thomas‘ spare bedroom in his house in New Jersey, the USA on September 24th, 2009, and officially launched with its first customer on January 15th, 2010. New users began to sign up for the revolutionary new offers, including Cisco, Microsoft, and Nike. They loved the Sprinklr of a purpose-built platform for managing user experiences on an advanced platform.
