Southwest Funding was founded in 1993 by Dallas-based real estate brokers, and we've enjoyed great success ever since. We now service the entire state of Texas! This growth caused us to change our name from just Residential Mortgage Services-a more narrow focus on communities where homes were primarily sold -to Texas Residential Mortgage which has allowed us greater access!
