Sole Healing providing Reflexology and other forms of natural healing for over 22 years. My experience includes using reflexology to relieve pain during labor/delivery instead of an epidural injection, working one year in an internship with the Royal College supporting people recovering from addictions by helping them manage their stress levels through self-massage techniques .
