The maintenance man is always incredibly helpful. Very respectful and friendly. Always takes time to say hi to our dogs to make sure they're comfortable with him. Keeps us uptodate with statuses and where he's at with our work. We always know our maintenance issues are going to be taken care of with him.

I've been living in the new and improved units since November '18 and I am so happy with my home! Jay, the building manager, is always on call and has the best attitude. Everyone is very kind and responsive. I feel safe and comfortable. The only thing I wish we had would be access to at least two parking spots since street parking is not friendly or ideal. But other than that, I love my place. Thanks Lapmg!

Melvin has come and done various maintenance in our apartment and he's always trustworthy and professional. The only area where there is room for improvement is on communication. Not necessarily from Melvin but just from whoever is scheduling the appointments. There has been more than one occasion where we haven't been notified until the day of service that someone was coming to do maintenance so we haven't had time to make arrangements to have someone come by. If we could have a better system of notifying residents of upcoming maintenance within 24 hours of the appointment, it would make a big difference. I have nothing but high praise for the folks that maintain this building.
