The Prestonwood Pregnancy Center provides free medical services including pregnancy confirmation through a laboratory quality urine test, ultrasound to confirm and date your pregnancy as well as education on how best for you care of yourself during this challenging time. We want everyone who is pregnant or may become pregnant has access our services so all that we offer can be provided without cost!
