Pacific Coast Regional (PCR) is a Private, non-Profit corporation founded in 1977 to assist small business owners in becoming successful members of the Southern California business community. ?PCR's financial Programslude: Loan Guarantees, Disaster Bridge Loans, and Direct Loans. The only qualification for these loans is that the business is located within the State of California.
