Navarro’s Concrete Incorporated is a family owned business, founded by Francisco Navarro in 2003. Before establishing his own company, Francisco had experience working construction since 1993. However, due to an injury from 2000 that left him unable to do any physical labor for years after he was laid off from his job because of it.
