National Labor Relations Board

The NLRB is an independent agency that helps protect the rights of private-sector employees. We have two parts: the Board and the Office of the General Counsel. The Board is a quasi-judicial body that decides labor issues, while the Office of the General Counsel investigates and prosecutes cases.
