Kali Strength created a space for women to feel safe, supported and challenged in the year 2014. Our coaching staff specializes in training female athletes who are working towards hiking challenges or long distance running races or endurance racing events, climbing rocks & mountains as well as sports like soccer and hockey that requires high speed movements.
