At the Institute for Mediation & Conflict Resolution (IMCR), we believe that conflicts can be resolved through an objective third-party who knows how to get both sides talking. The goal of I M C R is simple: our mediation programs help keep people safe while they engage in productive conversation about their problem so it doesn't escalate into violence or legal action!
