Heneghan Wrecking has operated as a demolition company for more than 30 years, and is capable of disposing of buildings up to 10 stories tall. The Chicago Housing Authority contracted the company in 1972 after residents from Cabrini Green had been relocated elsewhere due to urban renewal efforts.
