I created Hearthy Foods because of my mother's health. She suffered from diabetes and high blood pressure for years, but when the doctor told her to remove rice-based products from her diet he made life difficult in more ways than one . By eliminating wheat as well she started on an adventure into understanding what problems this grain causes us all - including herself!
