Head/Heart Therapy

Head/heart therapy is a technique that utilizes music and sound to calm the body down. The practitioner first places either their hands on top of one's head or heart, then begins playing guitar through an amp while singing in tune with what they're playing--this creates waves which travel outwards from both positions along pathways called meridians.
