The worst customer service experience; but from the reviews I'm not the only one saying this. Rude, Unwilling to help unless you make a lot of noise, and the staff is very impatient.

Just called to ask for printing information and pricing. The woman who answered the phone was not helpful at all. She was condescending and seemed to imply their services were too expensive. Definitely sales prevention at the Kenny Road FedEx Office!

Dennis the manager is a disgrace. He packed a piece badly and it got damaged and since then each time I go into this branch he refuses to pack and tells me I can pack it myself! Terrible representation for Fedex. He will also give false information such as telling me a box can only take 50lbs when it stated 60lbs as he wanted me to send another item Fedex freight instead. When I pointed out that it did not exceed the amount there was no apology. Dennis if you hate your job there are plenty of other people that would and can do better than you. Very passive aggressive and unprofessional.

I went over to get stamps to mail a letter and was told. I needed to show a drivers license to mail a letter. This seemed so odd especially since I use FedEx all the time. Well 5 minutes later my 3 stamps turned into a 11.00 package delivery envelope and this guy arguing about why my drivers license was necessary to send this letter off. I feel like this was his case of racial profiling. Has anyone heard of showing Identification to mail a letter. Granted I could have gone to the post office. I just want to highlight this business and the recommendation of the Le Meridian hotel downtown & desk clerk. Is this a racket that the hotel has with Fedex when guest ask about getting stamps for their letters to mail out. They send them to this place for a drivers license check?
