Dr. Caldwell has dedicated her personal and professional endeavors to principles of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). Her research focuses on emergency department (ED) interventions to improve reproductive health equity using community-based participatory research (CBPR), mixed methods, and implementation science.
