These guys are awesome. They were recommended by my favorite rotor rooter company (Jimmy Rooter) after the camera scope showed cracks in my sewer pipe at several joints, with root intrusion. Malcolm, from Dig It, came out the next day, scoped the line again, and talked me through several repair options. The one he recommended was actually the least expensive option. He was candid and thoughtful; he even ran an extension cord under the garage door so that I wouldn't have to get up early on the day of the repair if I didn't want to! He promptly scheduled the repair, and the digging crew showed up right on time. The entire crew was hardworking and courteous, and the excavator operator, Omar, was an artistso careful and precise and thorough. They worked nonstop for nearly 9 hours and did a great job. I highly recommend them!
