Dietitians at Home is a program that provides home-based nutritional counseling and cooking instruction. They work with people to create customized diets, as well as food prep instructions for those who live alone or are unable to cook on their own due any reason; including injury/illness.The services include: * Nutrition education (including portion control), weight management principles.
