Detroit City Zoning

The Zoning Division conducts plan reviews and public hearings for Conditional Land Use Decision-Making. This requires that the land must be subject to a request for development, which is determined by the Plan Review Division in coordination with the Mayor's Office of Planning and Development. The Zoning Division also conducting research for zoning verification.
