The Denver Wastewater Management Division is a division of the City and County Department of Transportation & Infrastructure that maintains more than 1,500 miles of sanitary sewer lines underground as well 800+ miles worth on storm drains for just one city! The other kind we're talking about here has nothing at all wrong with it - this would mean 'stormwater'.
