I love Harbor Fitness. The classes they offer are great and being open 24hrs during the week makes it nearly impossible not to go. Also the weekend hours are great. The equipment are well maintained and top notch. I mostly go to the Park Slope location but I love the D.t.l.a. Fitness gym as well.

I contacted Dtla fitness about 3 months ago with the aim to find a personal trainer that would help me get into shape. I was specifically looking for someone who would motivate and challenge me, but not torture me to the point of no return. Jodi (owner) matched me to the perfect trainer. Personal trainer, Lisa Gomez has provided me with one to one training 3 days per week for 3 months. I'm stronger, thinner, and as motivated today as I was 3 months ago. It never gets boring, it's always challenging, and she does an awesome job with the cool down, providing stretching post work-out so I don't feel the burn for days on end. Lisa caters to her clients and adapts to your needs. Her positivity and creativity is endless. I highly recommend Lisa! A great fit for anyone looking for a dependable, professional, results-oriented, and fun training experience.

Jodi's classes are exactly what you need to get fit fast and efficiently. The schedule is super flexible, the classes are so awesome and all the instructors rock. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is focused and determined to start a fitness journey. I started post partum, after not working out over 2 years! It's for every level! Thanks Dtla fitness!!!

Things to be aware is that parking might be hard, (it is in most of dtla) and that it's a little warm (but plenty of fans).
