The Council of Family and Child Caring Agencies (COFCCA) is an organization dedicated to building strong communities through strategically advocating for children, families, and child welfare agencies. COFCCA strives to promote the high-quality services provided by its member organizations in New York State while also working towards strengthening these groups with strategic advocacy initiatives.
