Central Neighborhood Health Foundation (CNHF), founded in 1967 by Dr. Bassett Brown, is a network of Medicare-certified FQHCs that are committed to providing superior healthcare through an integrated delivery system for underserved and vulnerable communities across Los Angeles County while minimizing health care disparities among ethnicities served by this organization with regards their income levels or geographic location within California's most populated state where it borders Mexico on occasion .
