Calvetti Ferguson practices poor business relations and inflates billing with unsubstantiated service. We have been clients of the previous firm in North Dallas before the buyout by Calvetti Ferguson. With transition of ownership, saying there will be continued excellence in service and then not delivering is rather disappointing. Even worse and The Most Offensive Practice, the subpar service comes with significantly increased fees as a consequence. Underhandedly leveraging the established relationship we as the client have with the accountants is in severely poor taste. We don't hold the staff responsible (in fact the staff is why we are giving this 2 stars rather than 1). Blame is directed at the owners and upper management. Accounting firms should be transparent when billing clients and find ways to save clients money, not greedily line their own pockets which is the case with Calvetti Ferguson Cpa. Their goal is to profit as much as possible from their clients and we have been relieved to cut ties with this firm.
