He received his training at Frankford Hospital, Mercy Catholic Medical Center, Westchester County Medical Center and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Having over 25 years of surgical experience, Dr. Skalicky has Practiced in Bucks County, PA for over a decade and is President and Founder of Bucks County Plastic Surgery Center. He is also Associate Director and Trainer of plastic surgery residents and fellows in the Philadelphia area.
