Since 2006, ABC Legal has been filing and serving documents in California. In the early years we ran messenger routes from San Francisco to Oakland for a few months before expanding our service area with an electronic dispatch system that allowed us to e-file proofs of service on behalf of attorneys as well as initial cases by API standards.
