Dr. Sian is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and he is an active member of numerous Prestigious medical organizations whichlude the following: American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgeons and more. Dr. Sian is one of very few plastic surgeons in the California Central Valley with additional fellowship training in Aesthetic Surgery. He trained under the late Dr. John Q. Owsley in San Francisco.
