We provide narrative appraisal reports including restricted, summary, and fully described as well as evaluations. All of our appraisal reports meet and exceed the requirements from USPAP, FIRREA, FHA/HUD, and the SBA. Our staff uses ExactBid technology via the Real Estate Information Management System (RIMS), CoStar Real Estate, Marshall & Swift Valuation Services, ARGUS Financial Software, Narrative 1, and MLS Realtor Services.
