Fred Simmons and Harry Clark, the founders of Michigan's oldest credit jeweler in Detroit found their love for one another after working together at an earlier storefront. They started out with $5k borrowed from family members who had faith that they could make it big time by opening up shop on city streets which offered them plenty opportunity as well lucrative deals (and competition).
