Great Lakes Baking

Great Lakes Baking Company is a small artisan bakery located in the picturesque village of Hudson, Ohio. Since opening in the summer of 1998, the shop has produced a variety of freshly baked breads, scones, muffins, cookies, cakes, and rolls from scratch using traditional American and European recipes.
