Lawrence R. Shoffner

Mr. Shoffner practice in the areas of commercial lease management, real estate legal litigation, and provide assistance to Racine & Associates in public pension litigation. He is a past Chairman of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan; co-author of Michigan Lease Drafting and Landlord-Tenant Law and author booklets on commercial leasing for the Michigan Real Property Review and Michigan Bar Journal.
