AFC Strong LLC is a personal trainer that specializes in 1:1 virtual training, high-energy group fitness classes, and programming for seniors and adults with disabilities. With a combination of professional dance training, a B.S. in Kinesiology from Wayne State University, and a wide range of diverse experiences in fitness, Anna is determined to push her clients to be their strongest selves physically.
