A New York original since 1984, Rising Dragon Tattoos is one of the best tattoo shops parlors in NYC. The shop was started by Tony "The Snake" DiPierro and his friend Sal who wanted to showcase their art on people's bodies rather than just posting pictures online or showcasing them at shows.
