Andrew G. Dietderich

Andy Dietderich is co-head of S&C's Global Finance & Restructuring Group. As such, he has spent his entire career at the company and practices in both finance and restructurings with a focus on workouts for companies who are experiencing difficulty repaying their debt obligations or need an outside perspective to restructure some aspect about its business model due to changing market conditions.
