I am the founder of a computer repair service that operates from home. I do this because it allows me to charge less than brick-and-mortar stores and keep my overhead low, which in turn provides greater customer service for clients who need help quickly without having an office close by or paying higher flat rates as opposed doing drop offs at various locations throughout town (which can be difficult).
