TGN is a property management firm that was created by investors for themselves. After the 2008 financial crisis, they began flipping properties and buying their own rentals when it became too difficult to find good deals in this market economy. They put infrastructure into place with Appfolio software so they could manage 100's of homes thanks only doing what matters most - managing rental spaces well!
