In Session Psych

We established In Session Psych, as a husband and wife team with the goal of providing an evidence-based approach to helping people navigate depression anxiety or addiction/recovery. Our well being is deeply tied into our emotional connections--both self care for ourselves but also caring about others by strengthening these important ties that bind us together as human beings on this small planet we call home.
