Museum of Fine Arts, Boston

Founded in 1870, the Museum of Fine Arts is home to 5,600 works of art that have been donated by individuals or organizations. The museum received its first donation on July 4th 1876 and has grown exponentially since then with over 800 different exhibitions having taken place within this time period alone!
