Dr. El-Feky graduated from Ain Shams University School of Medicine, Cairo in 1990 and completed his internship at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso before moving on to complete a second neurologic training program at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio where he served as both Chief Resident and then fellow for Neurophysiology.
