Windy City Home Inspection, Inc. was founded by Jarrod Spadino in 1999 after he served four years with the Navy and eight more as a window cleaner for high-rise buildings. You could often see him dangling from ropes several stories above the street while performing his duties at these locations before finally settling down in Illinois where you can still find him doing home inspections!
