White Oak Manor Charlotte

White Oak of Charlotte is a 180 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within the Carolinas region. We provide long term care, as well as rehabilitation services for those who need it in between hospital stays or when they are released back into their own environment due to an injury that required treatment at our facility but can now go home again.
