University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry

The University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry evolved from the Columbian Dental College, founded in 1891. The college informally affiliated with UIC beginning in 1901 and chartered as an official institution by 1913 that is still tied to this day through its affiliation agreement with UIUC itself!
