Silverstein Properties is a privately-held, full service real estate development company. They have been around since 1957 and are headed by Chairman Larry Silverstein who bought the firm in 1978 after successful careers at Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS) turned him onto his future calling as an entrepreneur which led to The World Trade Center being built on 9/11!
