PCC South Family Health Center

PCC Community Wellness Center (PCC) began in 1980 as the Parent Child Center, a three-room clinic at West Suburban Medical Center that offered prenatal care for underserved residents of Chicago’s Austin community. In 1992, PCC was incorporated and became an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with FQHC status from 1994 onward.
