Neighborhood Pace

Neighborhood PACE, formerly known as the East Boston Elder Service Plan, helps seniors stay in our community and live in their own homes, for as long as possible. As part of the national Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) network, they Provide the care and support that each participant needs.
