Montclare is a supportive living community that provides discounts on health care, fitness programs and more. I'm currently enrolled in the MontClair wellness program which offers over 100 classes including yoga for weight loss or release of tension through breathing exercises; Zumba Fitness Toning classes are great if you want an intense cardio workout while toning your muscles at same time!
