They are great. The reps are knowledgeable and they are soooooooooooo sweet. I call all the time to schedule rides for my dad and my grandpa. I have never had any problems at all. And the drivers are sweet and nice

The dispatchers will call the driver while they are transporting a client and most drives don’t have headphones or speaks. Safety first! And 1 company in particular D N T needs new training, new dispatch and Communication. The 1 hour wait always turn into longer and it sucks

I overall give it good place to work for. It's a relaxed atmosphere . I have very helpful coworkers and managers. Yes you will encounter tough situations here. But if you have a will to persevere you can.

This place is horrible. We faxed over the information several times for my son's appointment. They always lose it. One time we had an appointment in Fort Worth. This company left us stranded at a hotel, my son needed his treatments, we were in the lobby for 23 hours. Before we were rejected several times by the where's my ride line for another ride. These people are beyond inconsiderate. At some point someone will sue them for the things they put patients through. My son is medically fragile they really need to take their job more serious. P.s. whover is responding for this company on here don't respond to me with a generic response. Just Take Your Job More Serious And Be Considerate For The Childen You Have Using Your Service. Our kids are living with a life threatening sickness. Be more considerate and do your job!

I wouldn't recommend this transit to anyone I know. My experience is probably different from others but they always got to my location late even when they had a 15 min window dont care, if u want to make an appointment, do so an hour ahead so that u still have time to get to your destination... The drivers are courteous but still...

Please dint schedule transportation with theses folks. You'll never be on time If They Pick You Up. Drivers Always Late, Causing folks to miss appointments having to reschedule, Reckless Driving, Many Are Rude, Bad Attitudes. Worse Company Ever!!!!
