The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH), with a budget nearing $3 billion is the largest department in all 50 states. LACDMH offers services through contract programs which provides them direct access to more than 85 sites and 300 locations where they provide care for people who are mentally ill or have mental health related issues such as addiction, dementia etc.
