Financial Counseling Center provides bankruptcy prep and debt counseling services to the Los Angeles area. They are a non-profit organization, so they take any payment that may be offered for their service as long you know there is no insurance or anything else that will pay out should something go wrong with your finances - which would mean losing everything!
